Housemaid comes five times a week in the mornings. Pool & garden maintanance, English house administration lives close by.

Close to Vale do Covo and Centianes beaches. Carvoeiro centre 15-20 min. walk. and golf. A golfcourse is 1,5 km away, and a further two golfcourses 5 km.

The rental includes final cleaning and the cost of electricity up to 25 Euro per week.

The ground floor can be heated by a wood burning stove in the lounge. Wood is available against market-price or to be purchased by tenant. Bedrooms have electric radiators.

The cost of electricity in excess of 25 Euro per week, mainly for the optional heating of the pool and rooms, is to be paid by the tenant. This will be collected by the administrator at the end of the lease.

If the pool is to be preheated, a fee of additional 90 Euro will be charged. If  the pool  has already been heated by the previous tenant, half the fee will be due.

Payment:  20% of the rent on booking and the remaining 8 week before commencment of the lease. A deposit to cover possible damages and final extra costs of 500 Euros is to be paid with the rent.

In case of cancellation by the tenant, the full rent will remain due. We will however accept a substitute tenant. If  the rescission is communicated early enough, we may be able to assist in finding a substitute tenant. Any difference in rent will be the responsibility of the original tenant.

We highly recommend insurance to cover the possibility of cancelllation.
